Our Story

Adventure Ministries began in 1990 as a vision from our founder, Jay Hanson, who had a passion for creating an experience where people could grow in faith, trust, and leadership through adventure. Jay believed that stepping outside of your comfort zone and pushing your limits in the great outdoors was the perfect way to build strength—both physically, mentally and spiritually.

Over the years, our ropes course became a place where teams and groups alike could come together to face challenges, conquer fears, and experience the power of teamwork and communication- through our low rope adventures.

Today, Adventure Ministries is proudly led by Jay’s son, Cole Hanson, and his wife, Bailey. With the same heart for adventure and teams, they have carried on Jay’s vision, by fostering the same spirit of growth, faith, and fun that the course was built on.

We believe that adventure has the power to transform lives and teams of every kind, and we're excited to continue this journey with you!
